The Aventurine speed thing is likely to to a FuA component that I can’t remember the name of but it gives a buff called “deluge” which can get your speed stat over 1000 with the right setup

18:00 He gains many turns might be because of the Overflowing Module giving you speed buff so much that you act many times before the enemy? Other than that, there are no other component in your build that can increase speed or give you free turns.

Tbh i'm not sure. It happens to my Feixiao team too. She would take like 10+ turns and keep regaining skill points even though I used her skill. Anyone knows why please tell me T_T

After seeing you mention Cleansing module give free turns, I think it because I usually get 2 3* of it, that why my Feixiao get like 10 turns lol.

I think its a mixture of spd + cleansing module

11:54 Yes, it does! And it also upgrade the equipped scepter, so if you upgrade the other scepter, both will become 3* and it will become another component (sadly you wasted it)
