I am a Keralite staying in Hyderabad since birth , I speak telugu too but no matter how much you try to mingle with localities they always cheat , see you as a different person. I now am planning to move there not because I am not liking but because I want international exposure and personal growth.

Whenever you go to new culture then first understand that culture.. my wife got severe stomach pain and we went to hospital, receptionist listened the symptom and gave token, asked us to wait. My wife feeling also same like you but I am not worried as I know the system. Later, after sometime one German came and her problem also stomach pain.. German girl was rolling on the floor due to pain but no one cared.. conclusion is, health professionals analyze the symptoms and react accordingly but not like India..
