Who can and cannot receive a US Passport?

Can a felon, a child born at home, children of single parents, people who owe child support, joint custody parents, people who owe taxes, people who owe the government for prior transport from a foreign country, people who threaten or speak against the the government (outside of protected freedom of speech) receive a passport?

CENSORED CHANNELS: If you have been on this channel long enough, you know that I am NOT a conspiracy theorist. Nor am I paranoid, crazy or delusional. I love the Most High YAH! There is a censorship of channels that present SOUND Biblical truth and names certain countries in Biblical prophecy. Channels that present SOUND EVIDENCE of secular issues and shines the light of truth on long held and popular lies are closely monitored.
Channels that promote a peaceful resolve WITHOUT the use of violent DISSIDENCE are often monitored. However, channels that present peaceful solutions void of hate laced speech and most importantly, those that promote a peaceful SEPARATION from the source of oppression and mass deception are often monitored very closely AND censored. This is nothing new.
The same thing that has been done throughout the history of this nation. We have witnessed the OPEN monitoring of civil rights leaders and minority religious leaders during times of high racial tension. Prior to the internet and mass communications via social media, this was a common practice. However, technology has made it easier to monitor and ensnare the unsuspecting lover or truth. It has also made it easier for deceivers to infiltrate, sway and attract those that they seek to draw out.
****It is my belief that RUclips/Government PROMOTES channels that encourage DISSIDENCE and HATE speech while at the same time making claims that steps are being taken to eradicate it from their platforms. I also believe that they promote channels that believe in VIOLENCE or in the use of STRONG resistance to protect what they believe are their God given or constitutional rights. It is my belief that this is done with the purpose of LURING out and IDENTIFYING the DISSIDENTS on those channels, social media platforms and within the NATION.
*Therefore, I would advise the children of YAH to BE WISE! Speak the TRUTH in LOVE and with ALL BOLDNESS! At the same time, WATCH and PRAY!
