You should choose "appearing" on application form, as college not considered u as graduate (cause of back) and time of counselling you can just tell them that your graduation is not completed, and last exam is in june they will understand it, (maine jaha se college complete kiya h wana pr last semester exam bhi june ya July me hota h)
