I, for one, point my monitor towards the wall.
I like this light method in general, the light in my room is a powerful LED but its pointed at a blue wall which makes the room well lit but not feel like ur in the psyche ward. Also if you point the light at the wall behind your monitor it drastically reduces eye strain

oh it's a pretty old word all right. Herman Munster used it a few times in the 1960's sitcom "The Munsters".
In the 1980's British sitcom, "Yes, Prime Minister", the word 'zonked' is used to describe somebody who is loopy from lack of sleep. Might be a chuckle-worthy meme to edit a clip of Humphrey saying "we can't leave government in the hands of the zonked" with Jerma explaining why he doesn't want to run for president.
