I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer on July 12, 2019. You'll never forget where you were and how you felt on that day.
So many emotions coming up. Anxiety, fear, depression, uncertainty, overwhelm.
You'll go through all of the stages of grief. Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and finally Acceptance.
In this video I talk about the things that helped me in the first month after diagnosis.

@@Hackerette i have cancer i found out 2 mouths ago it sage 3 lung cancer my mum and dad try be there for me my mum is scared of losing me how tell i trying be beat this she lost her sister to cancer last year how tell her i try to bet this how be there for her ??.

This video was good I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma stage2 grade3 feb2022 its a process.i been exercising I love to walk and listen to music.alot of anxiety and I enjoyed this video I'm going to do radiation no chemo.had surgery March 15 2022.stay strong.

Thank you for this. I was recently diagnosed and awaiting surgery. I decided to search coping with a cancer diagnosis and your video popped up. My Dr is confident that the surgery while take care of it and I shouldn’t have to do chemo which helps but it is still taxing on the mind. I think I am overcome with a feeling of guilt for having to put my family thru this. My wife lost her mother a few years ago to cancer and I hate putting her thru this. I don’t even feel comfortable talking with her about it because I know how hard it is on her. So I just kind of keep my thoughts to myself. I know everyone would listen and my wife is awesome. I guess I just don’t want to be a burden and change their lives because mine is. Not sure if this makes any sense or not. I guess I am still dealing with a gauntlet of emotions. Thank you for making this video.
