Defendant knows she was in the wrong, for many young drivers will barrel into the street from an alleyway without looking and that has cause plenty of accidents. She first blamed the plaintiff, then she blamed the alley condition, they she blamed PMS. This Defendant child uses the blame everyone else game, but her true self. Second case, the plaintiff was in the wrong, after signing a lease, you cannot just back out after people who do not know where you are moving to, says the place in unfit and get the deposit back.
The defendant in the first one is clearly having a laugh - the plaintiff was on the main road, so she had right of way, period. Also, how can it be that the plaintiff hit her, when *she* was the one with frontal damage, whilst the plaintiff's had side damage?
Baby Girl needs to grow up, cos next time, she may end up in a different type of proceeding, if you catch my drift....

The plaintiff in the second case is a freaking nut job!! If she's on disability and has to have a payee. Then she clearly doesn't make smart choices. So why would ANYONE in her family allow her to sign anything, let alone a lease. You can't use stupidity as a reason to get out of our decisions. Nor can you use a note from the doctor to get out of a contract!! Grow up and think before you hand out $1000. Especially if that's all the money you have!!
