Hii sir in my cos letter there is a mismatch of my name is there any issue on my visa?
My husband already got an offer letter for a senior HCA role in a NHS Trust. He's on a spouse dependant Visa which expires in April. He wasn't asked at the interview if he needed sponsorship but it was clear from his application that his Visa would expire soon. Should he contact HR if they would process his COS ?

There shouldn't be an issue as you will just need to apply for a student visa from the UK if you are already here doing health work. Thanks for watching the video

I have question. In the CoS they ask for national insurance number, i don’t have that because i live outside UK and I need to get work skilled visa, can my employee leave those fields empty where they ask for my national insurance number?
coming from abroad it should be fine because you will need the NI number to begin work but I got mine while in UK unless you can apply from outside UK ( I dont think you can )

I got a mail from the trust I applied at that I was successful and the job role as been offered to me. In the mail, I was instructed that I will get an email from the recruiting department. Over 7 days now, nothing yet. The last mail I got is that they are processing it. Is it possible they have started processing the CoS?
I'm very perplex now. Please respond if you can.
it is possible that they have started the process with HR but it can take time and I would reccomend you follow up with them regularly also was it via NHS jobs ?

Is certificate number the same as the cos reference number? Mine is 9 instead of 11

your potential employer will be the one to provide this for you , mostly when successful with the interview
Good day Sir, please how long does it take to get and offer letter. I passed an interview with this care organization and they are yet to send me an offer letter for over a week. They said I should be patient
honestly it can take time , depending on the organisation . they might be prepping your own docs from scratch so all you can do is wait

@@SamjayOkotie-Eboh Thanks for the info, but I will like to ask, i had 2 interviews with them, they told me that I'm successful, that they will start the process now, they haven't asked for anything even passport ID. Just the CV.

Hey I am not sure if it i mandatory at the moment but you can recover a lost NI number via this government site www.gov.uk/lost-national-insurance-number
Will the details of your dependents be in the certificate?
Im not sure if its on the certificate but you will need to be made clear to both the employer and when you are applying to the home office

Generally in most cases yes . I did not have to pay for my certificate with my trust
Does employees pay sponsorship fee back to his employer ?
To my knowledge I didnt pay my employer any money for their sponsorship as they already had a sponsors licence .

It can vary depending on how fast the HR department is , it can take even a few months or weeks

My employer applied for COS before1 month still awaiting for reply , normally how long it will take, is there any delay?
it varies in time mine took over 2 months , it depends how fast the HR department start the paperwork for you . but check up regularly

Hi sir.. regarding cos start date. They release the cos on oct 28 but the start date is nov 15 . Im applying outsude uk. And its not possible to finish all the documents before nov 15. Is it possible for the employer to edit the start date into later date like feb. ? Tnx.
If you ask they may be able to move it to aa realistic start time for you . but you will need to ask early and let them know why . But let your employer know that the time is short
