Bless you for giving this sweet dog aq good life!!! Pit Bulls and related breeds are SO misjudged. In 35 years as a DVM I've never been bitten by a Pittie/Bully dog. I most cases all I've ever gotten are kisses and happy slobber. But I have plenty of scars from little lap dogs!
I don't understand how people can think any dog looks mean. Unless they're actively growling or attacking, to me all dogs are just small puppy or big puppy. I hope I can rescue a dog some day

My friend has an old blue pit. He looks mean as sin. Shows very very little emotion. Except giving repeated kisses once he sneaks into range and he falls asleep on anyone willing to pet him. Pit bulls are just huge balls of love once you get to know one.
I don’t think he’s scary at all. Adorable! Both of them. Any breed can be made vicious. Poor putties have gotten such a bad reputation! So sad. When I believe that they are actually one of the more gentler breeds!!!

It's difficult to accept that as hard as Pittie owners have tried to spread the word that these dogs are _not_ to be feared, that people will actually cross the street to avoid going near them. Thank goodness for people who give these dogs a chance to love and be loved.

My mother a 5ft Portuguese woman had a pit bull and he was her best friend and yes a lot of people were scared of him and I would just laugh 😂 but if anyone threatened my mother then you should be SCARED 😮once I had kids they would go to grandmas and they played with the mean pit bull named Benny 🐶❤️ now I have a chihuahua and yes you should be SCARED OF HIM his name is PESO 🐶❤️
