Pro: Simple, easy to follow, love the combination of picture and word.
Con: Hate the random order. I'm copying all these words into an existing spreadsheet, and this makes me jump around too much, thus taking more time than it should. Also, wish they'd included the male/female articles. Now I have to go look them all up, taking too much time.
