If you're short on money and deep in debt, stop spending, don't take on more debt... This isn't a difficult concept to understand.
They can't cut spending because 3 Trillion is going to the Healthcare industry and another 3 Trillion is going to social security....... Cutting would collapse the Healthcare and the entire economy......
