Forgot about this, primarily because I play through Oculus, which doesn't have achievements for some reason lol. If you're going for 100%, it's definitely an easy one to grab.
2:54 On my first ever playthrough of this game, I was playing FNaF 1 and was not really as scared as I should have been. Out of curiosity I peeked out of the RIGHT hallway to see it in 3D. So you can imagine my surprise when out of nowhere, foxy jumpscared me. Pretty sure I would not have been as terrified of this game as I am today had this not have happened 💀
@Mr.Potato5this is because when the game detects you outside the security room, foxy is summoned no matter where he was previously, think of it like FNAF 4, they are immediately at the door if you close it without them being there
@@OrangeFantaKidOh i didn't know that about fnaf 4. I never really played the game; it spooks me, but even if Joy of Creation makes that game look tame, and I don't play TJOC either
Something else you can do is to throw the cupcake at right side and make sure it lands in paralel to the window What it does is that you can see the candle light on the dark So when Chica walks to the window (door) the candle light will be missing because she is blocking the light And with that you don't have to use the right light
Hello ambience! Great content and guides. You are the reason I still play fnaf when a while ago I almost quit because I just couldn’t win. Then I found your channel! I had a ton of new strategies and now play fnaf every day. Stay blessed and keep making great content.
On the oculus you can actually see bonnie and chica at your door pretty easily without the lights, so just be on the lookout for that. DJ sterf actually has a cupcake strategy where he throws it out the right door and you can see the little light in the window which is covered up when chica is there, but honestly even that I don't need.
fnaf vr was my first time ever playing a fnaf game (or being in VR), and when 2 am hit and I just casually checked the left light and saw bonnie RIGHT THERE I panicked so hard note to self: the VR version is very different from the regular game
Thank you so much for these! I’ve had this game for some time but can’t get through one or two of the fnaf game nights without getting too overwhelmed 😂 so having a guide to focus on when going through makes it a little easier to manage and not panic as much lmao
you said you can peek through the doors to get foxy to go after you… is it helpful to kill two birds with one stone and send foxy while bonnie is also at my door when necessary or will foxy’s power drain just make my night worse?
If Bonnie is at the door and Foxy is already getting ready to run it is a really good idea and overall a good strategy. Remember to not open it immediately after Foxy though! Unlike the first game if you open it before his banging sound ends you will get jumpscared. I would even recommend keeping it closed for an extra second or two after that, just for safety measures! Hope that answers your question!
Yep, insstaa's answer is right on the money and this is something I planned to address in the next guide. You can sometimes manually activate Foxy to manipulate the cycles to lose less power overall, which is a niche, underrated strategy.
@@AmbienceOfficial there's plenty I've learned from being around people like you and trying to improvise myself. I originally thought to make guides but thought to step back and focus more on mechanical improvements for all, since FNaF Academy is the best place to get educated on the most important while attempting a challenge!
Fun fact I was scared at first but go to parts and service and pull out Bonnie’s right eye instead of left to get jump scared eventually get used to it and same with foxy with his run down the hallway but do this until you’re comfortable and then do night one you realize it’s not that scary any more
I hardly get jump scared when ever I play fnaf be with friends and it always scares the shit outta me playing these games because I never let myself get used to the jump scared so I'm more terrified
I may end up using flat mode for the majority of these guides. I wanted to record in VR, but the connection on AirLink is notoriously shaky and my WiFi isn't amazing to begin with. That resulted in a bit of lag multiple times, I experienced it in the headset as well and it was even worse. I'll see if I can get it working a bit more smoothly, but if not, I may just switch to flat mode.
@@AmbienceOfficial i mean you can just use a regular link cable if you have one it’s not the worst thing in the world it’s just mildly annoying or you can play the oculus store version of fnaf vr if you own it. if you wanna switch to flat mode that’s up to you and what you wanna do with the series but i personally prefer vr guides although flat mode is fine with me.

I love your videos and Five Nights At Freddy's 2 tutorials there awesome. I beat the game and Five Nights At Freddy's 1. I don't know why you don't have at least 1 million subs. Keep doing great :D
Hey, I’m new to vr and I’m always so immersed, so is there anything besides what you said in the video that you think can calm me and other people down?
You can actually turn off that pesky desk fan. I haven’t tested it but I think turning it off can conserve power. I haven’t proved this though but I will try.
I don’t actually use the tutorials since I gave up on beating all the games cause fnaf 2 discouraged me but, I still enjoy watching someone good at the game beat the games.
I didn't realise that you dont use lights when they were walking by and got jumpscared. i had it on when they moved, but i turned it off immediately, and chica turned and killed me
Hi ambience, I'm new to this channel and I'm wondering when you usually upload future guides, a lot of people (including me) have been having a lot of trouble on Night 5 of FNaF 1, so please try to upload when you can, thank you
Usually try to upload a guide every week, with variance. Recently, I did a 12 hour charity stream and picking up new skills/hobbies, so I've just been chilling. Next guide is on the way though!
If y'all see foxy running when y'all peek out the door close it as fast as you can don't open it until he stop trying to get in make sure y'all turn the volume to hear him trying to get in
I completed nights 1 and 2 without dying a single time and then i got off, i didnt encounter freddy and i think my door was closed when foxy attacked as i saw him back in pirates cove after being in his stage before attack, any tips to track freddy and foxy in this game?
So I play in VR but tbh I have a very funny story when I first played help wanted where I played the game wasn't on my vr headset no I was at a place called gamers respawn and for the most part none of the fnaf games that I played could make me scream I get jumpscare aka startled but I never screamed in fear now imagine how embarrass I was when in parts and service mode with doing Freddy I thought I was doing everything right only for Freddy to be the stupid bare he is and jump me for no reason that I could think of and made me scream...yeah
hey dude! I tested the theory that changing cameras drain power by just changing cams every 1 milisecond as if i was panicking, and there was no change in power drainage! It did not drain any faster. So, changing cameras do NOT actually drain power (this could have been a patch launched with the dreadbear dlc or something)
Huh, that's actually really interesting. I remember that seeming to be the case as some point, think it was in VR where I first noticed it. Wonder if it's just a placebo effect or what.
To be far I also started playing fairly late, so that whole "camera power draining" thing could have been patched too. This video may have been made at a time where what u said was true
Unlike the original, watching Pirate's Cove is actually required. This only stalls him instead of stopping him completely no matter how much you watch him, however. On later nights, he's barely slowed down at all, so the main reason to watch Pirate's Cove is for information at that point.
I hate vr horror and someone gifted me help wanted and I tried night 1 not even halfway I got too scared and left the game I kinda liked where you had to fix the animatronics by other then that I stopped playing help wanted😂
I’m happy your finally making guides for this game but please don’t tell me your making one for each specific night since night 1 2 3 and 4 are all very similar with just more aggressive animatronics I get making a separate video for 5 since that one is a lot different then the other 4 I’m not hating just saying that you could probably include the other 3 nights in one video.
Not planning to drag this out to a full series, nope. 3 episodes for each mode tops, most likely. This only being Night 1 was the result of trying to find a format that works and heavy time constraints/stress on all fronts.
Not really. I'm an adult who has played through this game multiple times before and consumes a ton of horror media on average (movies, games, books, etc.) This game still gets me a bit on edge in certain levels, but I can keep it under control. For the average first-time player though, playing in VR will definitely be significantly scarier.

Honestly the “don’t panic” thing is probably one of the best tips
