Had a one star LG jump 12 the first year, 8 the second! Started as a 51. Normal Dev. Level 11 coach, no points in motivator.

Yeah, they're out there! I think the motivator stuff helps with frequency, but I think it is a little bit random as well! Thanks for tuning in!
