That is how gentrification works-- gentrifying from the inside out.
The most gentrified place I’ve ever seen. No thanks! Tall skinny buildings are hideous! They tear down a bungalow and build a 4 story skinny tower on the same footprint as the bungalow they tore down. So ugly! 🤮

I’m sorry… not sure of what you mean? Many newcomers to Nashville do ask for and live the area especially if they want to be close to downtown more affordable prices than some of the other areas south of town.
@@LivingInNashvilleTennessee1 yes, exactly, people from here wouldn't move to East Nasty if you paid them. Only transplants will fall for that area.
@@johns2240weird! Ive been told by three different born and raised locals that East Nashville is the place to be and live.
@@johns2240many disagree. And transplants give the area more interest and flavor.
