We can take equal amounts of beetroot and carrot(both grated) and can mix together and make poriyal. It tastes even more good. If we add little coconut towards the end, there will be no child who would say no to to the poriyal.
It’s actually good to wash the veggies grown under the ground because there is every chance of pesticides chemicals salts minerals what not polluted land it penetrates and sit beneath the peel so always better to wash after peeling that doesn’t anyway lose the nutrients or minerals nothing will happen
