Thank you for the detailed explanation, Foreigner. I'm also looking to import my UK bike into Portugal. Did you find that you needed to do the process in the exact order you mentioned? Or would it be possible to inspect the bike first, apply for the new plates, and then the Portuguese licence? Another question - did you ship your vehicles into Portugal, or did you drive them there, and how long did you drive them in Portugal before starting the import process? I've heard it can only be something like 60 days. Kind Regards.
Seems a bit of a faff. I have German neighbours who moved in in 2015. They've kept their German plates on their car. It must be registered with DVLA as you have to be registered to get a residents parking permit.
Nice vid, the driving license here in EU is too complex, feel winner if after all paperwork your car and bike are street legal! Best
Bit of faff that pal - thanks for the vid 👏🤜

@@TheForeigner68 do you mind if I ask what company you're using?
Já andas definitivamente por Portugal? 😊

@@TheForeigner68 Good luck and look forward to seeing the bike in action soon.
You won’t get a Portuguese driving licence if you drive the wrong way down a one-way street 🥴
