Creo que eso se utiliza solo en situaciones extremas porque gasta mucha barra para el poco daño que hace, tal vez como un factor sorpresa sirve pero si lo haces repetidamente el rival se lo aprende
Can someone explain me one thing? In KOF 15 the backgrounds are REALLY all unanimated? Each and every video i saw on youtube is the same (and i've seen dozens).
These stages are screencaps from other kof games I think, Because the original kof 15 stages have a bit of life to them (In the sense that they are animated)
