2 year olds are allowed to go 🎉 There are different prices for what you want to do, but an average package costs 260 AED ($70 USD). The package includes the snow park pass, snow rides, and fleece gloves. You can find out more details on their website. If you go there, they have a huge pricing billboard.
It would be fun to back country ski Dubai.... find a tall sand dune and ski that. Then I would turn part of the indoor park into a spring fed trout stream.
