    I swear this view is exactly like playing the old pc horse games lol. Fun to watch though and great job! Love the way you reassure your horse and talk to him.

    Amazing! This doesn’t much have to do with the video but I have a question, why do I see some bridals with like two sets of rains?

    • @amyemch7108
      @amyemch7108 10 месяцев назад

      I think those are mostly for dressage, i think it helps horses listen more

    • @URB0O
      @URB0O 10 месяцев назад

      @@amyemch7108 That makes sense and thanks, but I’ve also seen them in cross country

      @ks._.eventing  10 месяцев назад +1

      @@URB0O That's interesting. I've never seen double reins for jumping, but I have seen some interesting converters and martingales that have made me look to see where they are connected.

    • @Hannah-yq3nn
      @Hannah-yq3nn 5 месяцев назад +1

      Pellems have double reins for leverage, more stopping power. Pellem is a type of bit and it is not abusive when used correctly but any bit can be abusive if used incorrectly

    Your amazing! But question why didn’t u do a jump off? x

    • @pippasjumpers
      @pippasjumpers 10 месяцев назад

      There is different types of show jumping comps
      This could either be a optimum or two phase and the a jump off ones are am7 which is where you do a jump off straight away or am5 where you jump a round than do a jump off after all the other riders

    • @ks._.eventing
      @ks._.eventing  10 месяцев назад +2

      This was the show jump phase of an eventing competition. No jump offs, we do cross-country next 🥰

    Hold your hands properly. You simply to be telling your horse by pulling the rein out to the side. Hands together, thumbs up. You control by gently pulling back and by pressure with your leg, not by pulling the rein out to the side. Otherwise. Beautiful round. Your horse performed well.

    • @sammiculhane

      She is holding her hands properly. Spreading your hands apart allows the horse to let their head down and you don’t pull straight back when steering you open you hand and either let them drift or take a sharper turn pulling straight back tells them to slow down or stop so you open your hand to ask then to turn without telling them to slow down. And as I said the horse is able to relax more when you have your hands apart and hee thumbs were in fact on top. Hope this helps!
