Oh, the beam essence pants (can't remember name off top of head) that adds 3 beams to disintegrate works also with pet disintegrate. Thanks for demoing the frost build, i hadn't checked it out yet.
Interesting to see this today! My squishy low res wiz is buzzard bait in most difficult situations (farm build is amazing though) so surviving is a definite plus!! I’m hoping it works in PvP I suck even worse I there! 😂 thanks for post 🙌
It always worked on bosses. It just now allows the rest of party to benefit off the mark and get 15/30% damage against boss when it is chill/frozen. Ready the update that is where it is informed.

Actually i think they fixed it, because i ran scorch build like this before for Challenge Rift but scorch couldn't damage the boss like the effect said it would. Said no chilled enemies even if chilled due to essence.

Yes it was but it was marked just for the caster, now, it is marked for everyone.

Does this also mean that effects that trigger like +dmg on CC will work on bosses? And furthermore for raid members?

No it was not working like this for wizard.
Scorch ice spikes didn't work on bosses since bosses cannot be frozen. Only reason I never used that build in challenge rifts.
