@@stephaniebrown617 Hi, thanks for your message! Congratulations on your 4th month. June 10 was my 8th month locaversary. I'm going through that phase that most warned about. Greetings Keke!!❤ 1st THANKYOU so Much for Sharing this Valuable information regarding Reties. I’m a woman of a certain age (65) and have had my Sis Locs (approx 400) since 2014! I’ve been watching retie vids for awhile and I feel I’m ready to do my own🙏🏾. The question I have is how do you retie the back of your hair so perfectly!! We/I need vids on that process. Sorry if I missed that vid and you’ve covered that previously. If you would be so kind as to respond or link the vid for the back retie process and what is needed mirrors, etc. that would be great. Again ThankYou for your graciousness in Sharing regarding all things reties‼️♥️
My son has locs and we started with re-twisting and it was a nightmare and never lasted. I started interlocking and it's been awesome! His hair has made me want to loc mine, ALMOST 🤣.
I have been considering loc for a while now. Did them last year around May and had over 500 locs but my hair was way to thin and my base was started screaming on my 5th month. So I decided to take them out on September. Had a lot of hair shedding and breakage. Especially toward my crown area. I was just in love with tiny winy locs until I found your channel 😍😍😍 so I decided to grow my hair back as I had lost so much and they were so uneven! And now I’m 1 week in my new journey with 298 locs and I am so in love with them! And this time I took my time in the parting ❤️❤️❤️ thank you for been so inspiring to others
This video came right on time. I just finished my install today! Tbh I'm terrified of first retie! I'm definitely gonna try edge control. At least on the front rows to keep them parts crispy!

Are you doing two point rotation?
You are so pretty🤗
Do you start in the same direction every time? I want to learn how to do my own the lady I go to has been doing them extremely tight lately
I try to end in the same direction and start in the same direction but it doesn’t always happen that way. I don’t like my locs too tight, so to avoid that I may not be able to complete another full rotation. So during the next retie, I kinda look/feel for the last way I went to in go in the correct way. I hope this made sense!
I retie my hair but I don’t have a grid
I would like to see two strand twists.😊
So gorgeous
Thank you!
