‼️ the way to fix 90% of starpets glitches/errors is to WAIT! wait for one hour or two, try again. if that doesn't work; wait for a day or two. if the issue persists, THEN contact customer support.
‼️ you might even have to wait days or even a week at most, but again starpets is SAFE! it just goes under fixes a lot & thats okay! it requires a lot of patience but it's worth it to get your pets 💕

Hey, please respond! Ik ur supposed to go to ur bank if it declines ur transactions but i cant do that atm. Im doing a transacation but NO MATTER what it says it KEEPS SAYING MY TRANSACTION HAS FAILED!!!!!!!! should i waig a day or two? ☹️☹️
im sorry i dont think theres any way to fix it other than going into your bank account or it will end up locking your card for suspicious activity! try calling your bank instead

I want to try this cause I’ve lost my acc due to the two step verification, I worked so hard for all these pets and I just lost it, I contacted Roblox but they didn’t really helped me. I wanted to give up and here I am, I just started a new acc and I’m trying to grow my inventory, so if Roblox doesn’t help me for my old acc, I’m going to just buy some basic pets so I’m not stuck anymore.

refresh the page, wait for a few hours or days & if its still not there check your starpets purchase history and contact customer support
hi so my payment isn’t working i’m using a gift card and i just spent something not on the website and the card is most definitely active so i don’t know why it won’t work. i tried like over and over it just isn’t working

for most/all starpets errors you have to wait it out! try again in one hour or two, and if that doesnt work try the next day or two

Be careful buying expensive pets my friend bought 2 giraffes and they disappeared out of her inventory and my friend lost lots of money and star pets couldn’t get them back because apparently they had been traded out although we have used star pets before and it was great and worked well

im not sure if i explained that in this video, but it's a setting under your profile. so click your profile, and there should be an icon with a currency symbol on it. click it and all the different currencies they use will show up then select your currency!

i believe you can change the currency on starpets. on your profile, there should be a currency icon, sometimes it defaults to $ (USD), but then you click on it and change it to £.
im not sure how to purchase using that currency because i use USD ($). im sorry!

as i mentioned in the video & description, you have to wait it out. after the trade is declined, wait for a day or two to try to withdraw your pets again

Omg pls help me! I just paid for my pets and I’m trying to tap on them to withdraw them but it keeps saying “error you can’t do anything with this item for 30 seconds” but it’s been an hour!!! 😮💨😣
@@jyden2694 yeah that usually means you have to wait for a day or more :( its unfortunate but like i said in the video it requires a lot of waiting!

It’s been 20mins and the bots still haven’t turned on what do I do? I refreshed my page and now it says “the system can not find items in your inventory refresh the page” and when I do do that the same message pops up
the website is probably down so you might need to wait for an hour or two, and if it still won't work try the next day or in two days

i think now you should wait for a day or two, that's what i had to do. after all those days i reccomend you contact customer service

When its ur first time buying from star pets, when u buy it by ur visa card and when u dont have bank of america app is there anyway to make the payment successful?
the only way is to log into your bank of america account, through the app or website. if you can't do either, call your bank or go to the bank in-person

@@eeerrrr..in1 dont be sorry! if the bot keeps declining trades you have to wait and try again an hour or two later with a new bot. if that doesnt work try again the next day. i did that in this video!

i've never heard of that glitch unfortunately, so i can't help other than saying to wait for a few days and try again, or contacting starpets via email.

when that happens you need to go into your bank and mark the transaction as approved. then try again on starpets

Then it was not a bot and it was a person. Looking at Khamilas videos u need to double check the bots user to be safe!

as i mentioned in the video description & in the video itself, for most errors you just have to wait it out. the starpets website does go under frequent fixes and those usually take a day. so just wait for a day or two and try again!
