I actually have the new one (CT861) I'm testing out. It's only out in red. The new one doesn't have the toggle switch. Hammer, anvil mechanism is the same as CT761. This is not an April fools joke.
I got 2 min into this until I realized it was a joke lol to be fair I didn’t watch this in 4/1 . Realized when you had the 1/2 impact on the lowest setting.
I got the same one yesterday off the Snap on truck. I was able to bust lug nuts off a semi today It would be worth the price if they charged $2,600 for it with no warranty.
Absolutely the revolution sound of the impact mechanism was way too slow. I have had no issue with my stubby milwaukee taking off lug nuts in Canada in the rust belt on a 10 year old vehicle in winter with salty roads. This testing was silly. Also I have the HTIW and the Mid Torques and I have not found a job they could not handle. The stubby m12 are simply amazing. Also the warranty kills snapon and I can buy 2 or 3 of them for the price of the snap on.
What’s funny is the toggle switch on the ct861 makes it a superior tool alone. Milwaukee should takes notes. Owning Snap-on is more about precision than overall “power”. That’s the funny part is all these RUclipsrs do these “torque tests” as if higher torque means it’s better 🤣 My Milwaukee can bust off these lug nuts better than your snap on so mine is better hahahaha, Clueless. True professionals know what makes a good tool and it ain’t all about Torque
Hahahaha funny. On a serious note I don't care what kind of nut busting torque that thing has. Just not worth it to me buying something more expensive than I can buy 5 vehicles for hahahaha.
That sounds like the Milwaukee is in power mode 1 😂
It was an April fools joke
As I excitedly clicked on the video, literally that second, I remembered what day it was. You got me.
its a joke! I have both and snap on is far from consistently removing the car lugnut bolts. but it has its uses!!!
Maybe put the tools in full power mode!!!!
It's so funny how many people didn't realize this is an April fools joke 😂
@@montevallomustang it was only until a little later I saw that it was a joke.

I thought the brushless was coming with a shock strap for all that torque

Guess you missed that it was an April fools joke, along with everyone else 🤣
@@montevallomustang I enjoyed watching, I like all brands lol I am not a diehard anything. I'll joke about junk from all of them🤣🤣🤣
I thought people would get the joke since I wrote brushless in sharpee on it 😆
Haha, good video... you had me until I realized you didn’t test the grey one!
