Since the first time of discovering this channel I have loved it yet today I have been transported to another dimension. I cannot express the joy that I feel just watching the peace of simple cooking technique. I am having a sledding party with my granddaughter and family in 4 days and I am going to choose a recipe from your videos that compliments the time of year and I have no doubt that we will all have a lifelong memory of our day together,Thank you for the reminder that our basic need of sustenance can be so joyful in preparation and consumption. P.S. it should be illegal to promote this video when as I have trained my granddaughter to say when she see's great food and wants to have it " Grandpa!! I'm starving to death when do we eat". Latley ive been so stresse due to my childs medical issues and then i come across this masterpiece the sounds of nature gave me a much needed break and the food omg *chefs kiss* i need to cook like this in nature (cooking is my passion) i need to take my son pit to do this sorta stuff. Thank you!
