1:10 the way Kim Chaehyun mixed her head and chest voice is just so remarkable. Chaehyun's vocals is just so clean and crystal clear like Lea Salonga, im not saying they have familiar voice but the way they sing is just so clean is just so similar. You can see Onestar and Sunmi really loves her vocal tone. She really indeed trained in SM, the way she sings is just like an SM artists. I really do wonder why SM let her go. They could have debut aespa with 5 or more members (Jeongmin).
usually id agree but in this clip she’s pitchy and lacking support. she lacks exactly what shana has plenty of, they’re on opposite ends of the spectrum. one with too much chest voice and one with too much head voice imo
it is quite understandable why she left SM tho. SM debuted Aespa in 2020 and prolly will debut a new girl group in 2025-2026 which is a long wait. Chaehyun didn't make it into Aespa, so waiting for another 5 years is uncertain. She better leaves and find a new path. SM wont force the trainee to stay because they have more talented trainees like Chaehyun and Jeongmin.

Xu Ziyin should definitely make a debut. Her vocals can definitely make the top 10 in K-pop. She can speak Korean, Chinese, English and a little Japanese. She was successful in auditioning for companies such as SM, Cube and JYP. This could be her last chance. Please vote for her to make her debut. 😔

한국어 발음은 부족 할 수 있지만 음색은 타고났다. 샤나의 노래를 들어보면 보이스가 맑음 연습 과정은 불안해보여도 본무대에서는 잘한다. 무대 체질인듯..
그래도 뭔가 샤나 한국어 잘하는 편이고 일본 특유 비음도 없어서 그런지 발음은 신경 안쓰이는 거 같음..
