Took today off to trout fish all day at the local Albany ponds but blew out the ankle last night. Been watching your trout videos all day though and it's definitely doing the trick! Glad you have a good youtube channel here in Albany man!
Thank you 🤙. And yes they do. I remind people that hatchery trout are conditioned to respond to the pellets being thrown in their pools. So, if you take a handful of gravel and throw it into the water, that will trigger that feeding response in stocked trout
Good to see you back making content Scott. I have done three trips to foster lake this week......not a single trout. I think I need to go to Waverly!!! Great video.
@@TheTroutHammer it didn't look like a rooster but an off brand sorry. They make a lot of different types of in lines. I just asked because I use one a lot for trout stocked by me. Two years in a row I've gotten my seasonal pb on a humble bee #1. Last year8.1 the year before 13 5.
Nice! I was using 1/16 oz Rooster Tails, and also trying out their new Sonic spinner by the same company (which works GREAT, by the way; it can be retrieved super slow)
Check out my other panfish videos on my channel 🤙. I frequently use Rooster Tails for a number of species, and have some videos explaining how, where and when to use them

Thank you 🤙. Foster being tough? You ought to try Timber Linn right now. It's been hot every time uve gone there
@@TheTroutHammer real tough. I really need to get to the coast! I'm craving some tasty surf perch.
Same here, man. I wish this wind would calm down and make the beach fishable
Sweet. Ever use a rooster tail much.
Lol, I used a rooster tail through most of this video

@@TheTroutHammer never seen it yet. But I just don't use roosters for trout. I'd love to see a few more vids on you tube with the lure. Fish on.
