Great. The art world is so divisive these days. You who might read this comment months or years in the future should know I am writing this at the time when people are demanding that a Dana Shutz painting be destroyed in the Whitney Biennial. The divisions in the art world (conceptual vs. painters), and especially those on lines of identity are painful. But I find this series, so far, therapeutic, because it's artists talking about the works they love, and sharing that love. I only wish there were a short companion video for each where we learn a bit about the artists as well. My art blog: artofericwayne.com/
Memling is my favorite artist. Thanks for shining a light on his genius.
I love you insights and your work.
