Pennington is the most accurate passer in the history of the game. He had perfect mechanics. Before he was injured, he was on his way to the Hall Of Fame. No one is better equipped to teach all aspects of the quarterback position. From the mechanics, to the leadership, to the mentality. He could throw and pass accurately under the most intense pressure. He was also one of the great ball handlers among those who played the QB position. If your son wants to be a QB, Then he needs to meet Chad Pennington.
Drew Brees disagrees with you
Yea drew brees. Now tho
He's gonna be SUCH a good head coach one day. I'm convinced.
he coaches at my school
Nope
This is the only way I start my day! AMEN
Because the NFL's highest career completion percentage is... Chad Pennington.
Was a playoff quarterback with a less than impressive arm.
2 time comeback player of the year.
His biggest flaw was that he was injury prone and saw his shoulders fail him. He was never great, but he was respectable, and he was "good."
yup
I love Chad. He ws the greatest QB to play in Miami not called Dan. A leader of men, nice guy and he has all the tools to be a truly great coach in the pros. Excellent video on technique. Too bad he didn't get to coach in Miami, he'd have spotted that Tannehill wasn't the answer for success.
chad pennington was such a good QB its a shame he had so many injuries
This is definitely the best guy to learn from! Not extremely tall, definitely not a cannon arm so he had to have correct fundamentals! I think this is the perfect person to learn from & had an AWESOME NFL career! Very educational
Love Chad 's videos could use more video of the quarterback
The video should be on the quarterback at all so the mechanics can be learned
I wish he was healthy more often. Because when he was he definately was a good qb.
You the man, Chad! Go Jets!
Nah go Dolphins 🐬💪🏼
He's actually an ideal teacher for the average kid. He didn't have all the natural abilities. Pennington needed to have highly developed technique to make it in the NFL. Most youngsters need to have technique to set themselves apart. Only a very few QBs in high school and college have the natural abilities like Elway, Marino and Favre. It would be much easier to send a kid to a camp taught by Pennington than a QB who has all the natural skills already and doesn't have to rely on technique.
He was a damn solid QB, just injury prone.
the upper body fundamental
Chad Pennington the quarterback pt 1 upper body fundamentals
Never demonstrate the wrong way, only the right way.
the rams need a QB... hey why not
Why’s he wearing Dolphin colors???
who would ever want to go to a chad pennington football camp?
More people than you!!! That’s for sure. What NFL team did you play for bud?
God Damn. I have to admit that Pennington has the best coaching/teaching style in terms of biomechanics. Hats off to him. He should be coaching at the college or NFL level.
Great coaching. better than most of the nonsense on You Tube. Legit!
coaching is amazing!! you coming to NJ?
rutgers workout qb
Oh.....ignorance.
Fundamental for upper body... have a shoulder that works and will stay together.
Thanks Chad!
foshastajones hah soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo funny
Anybody that said he didn't have the body... He's 6 ft 4 250 Pounds
Why is the camera on the receivers and not the QBS?
He made it to the nfl he must did something right
Great advice
he had all the intangibles, just not the body.
still had enormous potential early on in career, he was just stuck on the Jets.
great video
Chad Pennington did not have the best career, but he's still one of my favourites
If he avoided injuries some think he was HOF caliber
No he isn’t
Chad still has not done his homework with throwing mechanics... your arm should be a tad bit below 90 degrees and pointed to the sky... same as baseball throwing mechanics... research chris o'leery
boi r u an nfl quarterback
What NFL team did you play for bud?
