didn’t understand pickin a RB, despite Baalke pickin a RB in every draft.. but he seems like he’ll be a kick returner. I’ll have to reserve judgement until we seen him on the field with the new kickoff rule.
Am kind of bewildered by the pick, he seems more like a special teams returner than a running back prospects. Are they going to field both Devin and Him for Kickoffs? Can someone explain the new kickoff rules, bleacherreports was saying this was the pick for it.
There will be two returners back at all times with the new kickoff rules. The kicking team cannot run down to defend the return and the return team cannot move to block for the returner until the ball is caught.
