You would need to Reset the router back to factory default settings: Reset the router on back of the unit by using the RESET button (press and hold for 12-14 seconds) while it's plugged into a wall outlet with power, then release button. Then login to the router with default ID and Passwords and setup the router again as if it was brand new right out of the box for the first time.

Do this: go to Start Menu > Run > type: cmd and click ok > type: ipconfig and press enter key > Look at your Default Gateway ip address. That will be your ip to access your router.
Do a Google or RUclips search for default user id and password for your make and model router. If they have been changed from there defaults then you will have to reset your router back to factory defaults. Then you will have to re-install your router as if you just took it out of the box for the first time.
lol...not all of the modems have the same fucking universal admin:admin user:pass .....find your modem's model and search its name on google! you will find it!

Don't know your Ip? just press start>type cmd>open cmd>type ipconfig> search for Default getaway and besides it your ip address.

Aditya M Open command prompt then type "ipconfig" without the quotation marks. Then look for "Default gateway." That should work. :)
