Beach & Shells (Glass & Resin Art Tutorial)

I am creating a small beach-themed art piece using glass, shells, and a starfish! I'll show you step-by-step how I painted my background, then we'll add the embellishments and resin. This is a great art project for beginners and is very easy to create!
