Nice work, can tell that you and John are on the same page and know what the other is going to do or needs with little to no conversation. Thanks very much for sharing.
Sure glad this one popped up. It would have been a bummer day if we didn't have a Chris Letsdig18 episode to watch with dinner. Always like Chris and Uncle John working together episodes. They're definitely a really good team on jobs.
It’s amazing that y’all have that much pond work. There’s a lot more of them around y’all than me but still yet I never hear of or see anyone working on any near me. Dirt perfect is the only one I’ve seen doing anything but he’s on the other side of the river. I advertise for pond construction and maintenance but never really see anything.
John taught him everything he knows and they have been teaching EACH OTHER ever since!! Great way to grow better over time. Share all of your joint knowledge!!
@@shitloveaduck Chris was working in this field before John started so John didn't teach him his grandfather did and I bet his grandfather is the proudest person in heaven looking down on Chris saying that's my boy look at him go I'm so proud of him 👍👍👍👍God bless you Chris and thank you for the videos
Yeah John use to be a machinist. But they both been around the work there whole life. Family business usually involves almost everyone at one point or another for the occasion help when needed.
@@erikcourtney1834 - cool, both of ya! Nice to learn about people that are interesting like Chris and John. I assumed when Chris said he worked for John that John taught him. I have watched the older videos, but not all of them and didn’t get the information shared today. See, sharing information makes all of us just a little smarter,,,,, or at lest ME in this case,,, hahaha. Stay safe everyone, Eh!
What an efficient crew you two are. Bang, bang, bang old pipe out, new pipe in. No wasted effort, just smooth competent work. Love seeing that. I know NC needs rain, I just hope you guys get what you want & need and no more.

Chris raises the pond level! Up here in CT, you'd probably have to get the DEP involved and do a study to see if the Egrets legs are suffciently long enough to continue fishing...
It’s far worse, I know of a pond with a failing dam for which it’s deemed will lead to loss of life when it fails and CT DEEP won’t let it be drained because it has an invasive weed!
Believe that may get a good workout , If that Hurricane turns back and makes landfall on you guys !! Not looking to good right now , they are saying ?? can't never tell just what those Hurricanes are going to do... But, you guys got it knocked right on out, I know their glad to have gotten that fixed before the shit hits the fan !! lolol... Great as always Chris !! HAve a Great Evening Man !! And, On too the Next !!
u sure u can handle that huge excavator chris lol haha . its better than a shovel thats for sure . its how i learned how to drive diggers was a small kubota . . brilliant wee machines . those tonne and a half . hope you keepin well and john too . take care man .
Every time I watch you two work together I cringe. 0 eye contact. I suppose you two have worked together so long, you can read each others minds. I require eye contact. I insist on eye contact. I used to operate cranes and logging equipment with lots of kinetic energy. I never hurt anyone. 🤘😎
I love the teamwork between you and John, getting that old pipe out was treat this evening.
Yes!
Left hand/right hand.
Nice work, can tell that you and John are on the same page and know what the other is going to do or needs with little to no conversation. Thanks very much for sharing.
Man, I bet they're glad you were able to get this done before the hurricane hits!
What state are you in? Hopefully not Florida
NC is a big target for this storm for sure.
I'm from NJ; at this point we're not sure how much rain (if any) we'll get. NC, on the other hand, will probably get at least 5-10"!
Sure glad this one popped up.

I think they may be getting more than enough and too quickly to be safe thanks to Ian
@@bfcmik Sadly, I agree. Raleigh area is predicted to get 1-3 inches.
This is a compliment ! Puts me to sleep watching and hearing the machine go back and forth. Mesmerizing !
I always love how you explain what you're doing, especially with something like the filler around that old pipe. Love this channel!
Nice fix up another pond repair from Letsdig18 😀👍👍😎
They missed a perfect opportunity to dredge some of that mud. Liked the coordination of machines. Well done!
Nice repair/ replacement, I’m betting it’s going to there a good long while. Thanks for the ride along sir.
Quick little project. Sure wish uncle John would warm up to the camera but understand!! Enjoyed!!
It would be a great video of John doing all the talking he seems to be a very nice man just like Chris 👍 👍
I'm always delighted for Chris when it seems like he doesn't have to do the seed'n'straw part. :)
You and John work together great job of making it look great job keep up the excellent work 💪👷
Big or small, you treat every job, like it's a million dollar project, your proffesional in every aspect of the word, another fine job!👊💪

The old yanmar looks like a good candidate for new pins and bushings!
Shimes between the bucket ears and stick.
The whole pond looked bad . But at least the overflow pipe is better than before

Little job but very well done Chris&John 👍🏻
All in a days work. Some projects are easy and some are, well you know.
Making sure that you don't have any dam problems with the impending storm that is forecasted for the weekend.
Awesome work Chris and John, excellent job.
We pray the storm is not as bad as forecasted. Blessings and stay safe.
Wow,....that pipe was harder that getting grandpa out of he's favorite chair!!! Lol. Good job! :)

Golf balls blocked it! Neat work on a mess - the force of water. Stay safe all.

Nice little job to follow…. Thanks for sharing.
Easy peasy for you, good job!

Chris how many times a day working in the golf course do you here , THATS NOT HOW WE DO IT UP NORTH. 😂👍
Looks like Mom Nature won that one, I hope she likes your fix .
Yea I would never have the pipe stick out that far from the dam. Best guess is the other one floated off
looking good
Looks really great Chris 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nice teamwork as always.
Looks like a duel of the dinosaurs 🦕
Fascinating 👍👍👏🏻👏🏻
The coming storm should fill all the ponds you built.
Great video 👍 👍
I wonder who got to shovel all the mud out of the catch basin? Great job!
That was another nice fast repair job.
Great job buddy and great video as always buddy 😎👊🏻👍🏻
Nice work as always
Nice teamwork😀
A couple of Yammers hard at work!
That pond needs to be dredged and the shoreline needs to be lined with riprap to prevent further erosion.
Nice job as always!

NC pond A team John and 18!
So all the ponds you have built are about to fill up. 💯
@ 12 mins all I could hear was Diesel Creek singing “in a world of OSHA violations” 😂😂😂 looks awesome after though.
The calm before the storm. 😉

The outlet for that pond looks more like it should be an inlet. It may just be the camera, but the water level looks higher on the down side.
Never forget family!!!!!
That was fun.
Just in time!
Only you would be doing that wild man lol with a bad ass storm coming down the pipe lol🖖💯
Well done. That should handle the water the falls from the sky and runs into the pond.
Get the banjos boys, I hear dueling minis! Great job! Glad I caught this one. Was wondering if you were going to try and move the box
New camera? Great, clear video!
Surprise surprise, more rotted CMP. It gets really bad up here where we get salted roads for 6 months a year.
