I really enjoy watching your films and seeing the beautiful outdoors in northern Minnesota. The snow dog sure makes it easy to spend time in the woods. Thanks again!
I live in Moorhead and you live in heaven. Lol. I’ve got a dumb ?, would it be possible to put in some kind of gearing system between the sled and snow dog? I was just thinking specifically if ice fishing and making some kind of enclosure from the wind. Take care and great video, looked like a lot of work and a lot of fun!!!!! 1 more ?, could u take a set of old ski’s and space them apart where you want them and secure it behind the sled with weights on them tho make the ski trail?
Thanks for watching, I feel it would be hard to make an enclosure for the sled as the handle bars of the snowdog move in a wide range for steering. But as for making the cross country ski tracks, we have a groomer with the tracks, but in this case, we did not use it on the trails. They have many twist and turns, and having a set track is difficult on the tight turns. We will be going back on the more straight trails and grooming the classic ski tracks in.
I always wondered why do you keep shutting off the engine almost every time you stop? Isnt it better to keep the engine running if youre only stopping for half a minute to cut a dead tree?

Thanks for watching Julie! We appreciate it!
I have a B13R I’ll have to remember some of the tips for getting unstuck. Also liked the history part of the stove and trails.
I'm glad to hear. Thanks for watching!

Is there an off the shelf groomer sled or is it custom made?
You could purchase this proprably off the snowdog website. Possibly snowdog dealers could have them on stock.... thanks for watching

Thanks for watching. The biggest reason is to help with the audio for the video
Battery saw might work too. What brand of groomer?
We've bought the groomer off the snowdog website. Thanks for watching!
