Rashid is Akuma's biggest threat in SF6 because of the demon Armageddon like moves that capcom copied from SFIV's Akuma onto Rashid. That's why Big Bird won't play him regularly against Angrybird. That's the only character Angrybird has been unsuccessful at beating at high level. Funnily enough, Tokido in SFV teleported through Oilkings Rashid's whirlwind once while on very low health to end with a tournament win and that was the most memorable Akuma move against Rashid ever since.
Again, the better bird won! 12:56 is just why Angry is the best, the clarity of thought and his ability to perform under pressure is mind boggling. Just look at how he pretended to throw a fireball by pressing the throw knowing the animation would goad big bird into reacting and then he was there with the Dragon punch. God like and Uncanny.
Something I've always wondered: These videos are of some of the most skilled players, right? Why do none of them ever use Raging Demon? Or lower levels of those skills? Like, if they use any of them at all, it's always at the end of the round, when it's guaranteed to kill without it being a max bar skill. Wouldn't sometimes using one of those skills during the match be more helpful in deciding who's going to win by taking off a chunk of HP? And seriously, I've watched a LOT of these, and not one Raging Demon, but plenty of Akuma players. Is it hard to pull off?
There are just way more stable ways to get damage. Raging Demon requires specific setups for it not to be jumped, which leads to a full combo. And in many of these cases if you are a frame out it can be jabbed out of. Top level play is all about stability, frame advantage, frame traps, mixups, etc. For a lot of top level players Raging Demons is seen as a gimmick move. With that said, Akuma is still new, I am sure players will figure out specific contexts where it is good.
Genuine question, why is angrybird akuma still "new challenger" status? Does he exclusively play custom rooms against top players and not play ranked at all?
@@thomasromano9239 Broski has entered 9 tournaments with two top 3, two top 2, and two 1st place. He qualified for Red Bull Kumite and gave Mena his best match. But... Akuma won...
Reversal super after blocked 214P is one of those things that feels so stupid it wraps back around into being genius. Clearly it works

The dictator reminded us of just how badly Akuma takes damage..🤣🌪️
And then still lost lol
The birds are fighting again
I always wondered who was stronger than Akuma or Bison.
Two equally strong dinosaurs were able to give me the answer.
Canonically Akuma is way stronger
In cannon - Akuma
In game - Bison by a small margin
12:43 wtf with that hitbox?

yes
Yeah that makes sense. Thanks for the quick reply :)
Yup, AngryBird prefers to practice against players in his league, unlike Woodley who is always gaining rank on mid card players like Broski
He plays akuma on his ps5 and his ranked on pc

Who is the person bison embodingno
They are challenging each other often these days considering they don't like doing that lol
I assume it is because Big Bird is figuring out who to main and Angrybird is switching to Akuma.
Kakeru Bison is much better than Bigbird Bison.
