The historical images tell the story of Port Elizabeth's development from around 1820 when the 4,000 British settlers arrived in Algoa Bay. The more recent photos were taken mainly by PE Historical Society chair Graham Taylor in 2023, and they show a tragic decline in the condition of many key heritage sites.
