I played this obby the other day, and it was really fun, I almost beat it (the last few levels are hard D:)
As for level 69, it's probably easier to not jump on that part of the T-shaped part(s). What I usually do is stand right on the edge, parallel to that edge, and jump while tapping backwards for just long enough to not hit my head, then press forward to land/climb it. (I hope I'm bot bad at explaining lol)
I also noticed that for a few stages, there is what is called a wrap-around, and you can save jumps on some of these. Wrap-arounds are the walls that meet the edge of a platform, and you have to jump around it, over the air, and where you can save jumps is when dealing with wrap-arounds that are one or two studs wide. With shiftlock, by angling your avatar the right way, you can walk on the edge and turn at the right moment to not use any jumps, the two stud one requires decent precision tho.
