Before I got my first Husky a Husky owner once told me "ah well, Huskies are more human than ANY other dog breed. They're like a 10 yr old child with a prima donna complex". I had no idea how right he was until I owned not one, not two, but THREE Huskies, two at a time. But it's part of what makes them so endearing and worth their high maintenance.

My buddy has a husky. He's awesome. But when he's in a mood, he doesn't hold back. They went on a vacation. They asked me to watch him. At the end of the week. I asked him if that was a vacation from him. But all kidding aside. He was a good dog.

Is it just me or has his mound of toys grown from a hill to a mountain? As long as it nevers takes over the room he should be okay. Key is consistently a joy to watch.
i got a mixed breed pupper. 30% staffordshire, 20% beagle, single digit % malamute and others. well let me tell you how opinionated my pupper is. you cannot have a convo in my house without including pupper. he will but right in and talk over everyone. sometimes he gets in a complainy mood and we can't help but laugh at him which just sets him off. refuse a biscuit and he'll start kicking stuff around and throwing a temper tantrum.
Cats can squeeze into tiny spaces; if their head can fit, so can the rest of their body. I think this same rule applies to Key - there's no way he should be able to fit in a hole less than half the width of his big-boned body....

I'd rather have a smart breed like a Norwegian Elkhound. They act more human than huskies.
