Hey! Thank you :) The hand cannon is actually a rocket sidearm called indebted kindness. It drops from the Warlords Ruin dungeon. I'll a link for it's entry on Light.gg which is a great tool for new players. It tells you where weapons come from, what perks it can get and even what perks are most popular amongst players. Great resource for getting a better understanding of weapons and what perks are good, just don't take it as gospel because at the end of the day it's mostly just the opinions of the masses.
