  • So on this next arcade in a video game, we have what is to be somewhat of a shooter arcade, but with a twist in the biggest franchise out there. Rayman: Raving Rabbids. The second installment to be more precised. As you know, the Raving Rabbids series involves these insane rabbits that terrorist anyone and anything in their path. While the first two involved Rayman, the underrated video game mascots in a a vast sea of underrated video game mascots, the rest simply features just the crazy rabbits and nothing else. Thankfully, Rayman moved on to his own game while the rabbids do their own thing. Hell, today, they are still popular to this day, with its own series, an arcade/ride simulator game, and... And this is something I never expected... A Mario crossover game with a sequel coming out soon. Yeah... That's a thing that happened. So I got a feeling that these Rabbids will be around for a long time.
But getting back on track, today, I am going to focus on the second game, Raving Rabbids 2. This game is like the first, has a collection of mini games and the whole plumber shooting game. But this one is different as is involves an arcade game at the start of the shooter. The shooter itself is really surprising as while the first one has a good enough rail shooting, the second one uses real life recordings to mix with the Ribbids running about. This was a unique way of handling a shooter. Now there are five different games with the two a two-parter. All the the shooters take place in three different locations with the last shooter being the greatest hits. The one nitpick that I have is that there would've been more locations. I mean they have an island section and a Mexican section on the multiple mini games. Wouldn't they be added to the shooters? I'm just saying. But hey, we got what we got.
Now the first part of the shooters takes place in New York City, where it is a start of the attack. It's called Big Time Fights and most of it involves going into Central Park and...I guess somewhere around the Soho area. I mean I could see the Brooklyn Bridge from there. It's really hard to tell. But it is quite a good start of the five parter and there will be four more parts to get through with.
I hope you enjoy this first part of this five part series. Leave a Like and/or Comment below and stay tune for the next four parts in this new series.
