Filtration sand MARIMEX PROSTAR 2
Sandstone filtration ProStar 2 is inspired by nature in its principle - here, too, rainwater changes into crystal clear spring water through filtration in the permeable layers of the rock. In sand filtration, the water passes through silica sand, where fine impurities are trapped and pure, filtered water returns to the pool. It is therefore important to flush the filter sand so that dirt does not settle in the sand. We recommend rinsing filtration at least once a week.
The Filtration System of Sand Filtration ProStar 2 consists of a filtration vessel that holds 8,5 kg of filter sand. The container is made of high quality polypropylene (PP). It is seamless, resists corrosion and commonly available chemicals used in swimming pools. The filtration is equipped with a drain valve, pressure gauge, built-in filter tank components, including an easy-to-operate 6-way valve (which is integrated into the filler cap), a 85 W pump motor, a plastic base for installation at the installation site. The system is made of high quality materials with strict adherence to technical standards and undergoes an inspection.

Pieskovcová filtrácia ProStar 2 je inšpirovaná prírodou vo svojom princípe - aj tu sa dažďová voda mení na krištáľovo čistú pramenitú vodu prostredníctvom filtrácie v priepustných vrstvách horniny. Pri pieskovej filtrácii voda prechádza cez kremičitý piesok, kde sú zachytené jemné nečistoty a čistá, filtrovaná voda sa vracia do bazéna. Preto je dôležité prepláchnuť filtračný piesok tak, aby sa nečistoty v piesku neusadili. Odporúčame oplachovú filtráciu aspoň raz týždenne.
Filtračný systém na filtráciu piesku ProStar 2 sa skladá z filtračnej nádoby, ktorá pojme 8,5 kg piesku. Nádoba je vyrobená z vysoko kvalitného polypropylénu (PP). Je bezšvíková, odoláva korózii a bežne dostupným chemikáliám používaným v bazénoch. Filtrácia je vybavená odtokovým ventilom, manometrom, zabudovanými komponentmi filtračnej nádrže, vrátane ľahko ovládateľného 6-cestného ventilu (ktorý je integrovaný do uzáveru plniaceho hrdla), 85 W čerpadlového motora, plastovej základne pre inštalácie na mieste inštalácie. Systém je vyrobený z vysoko kvalitných materiálov s prísnym dodržiavaním technických noriem a podlieha kontrole.

It's perfect and I like it except, you should have put the connections on the bottom, the inlet. Now all the hair, crap, crud has to go through the pump first and can get tangled in there before getting filtered. I have a solar panel sitting around but, I like yours. Where did you get it?
What type of fittings did you use for the external pipework, are they standard 3/4 BSP threads?

Zdravim, nemoze dojst k poskodeniu motora virivky ak ma dana filtracia vyssi vykon? Napr. chod na sucho? Nebolo by napr. vhodnejsie pripojit vstup a vystup do motora virivky cez Tkus a pripojit tak filtraciu? Vdaka

dobry den zajima me vas solar u nas je pod nazvem slim 3000 ale u navodu pisou ze filtrace musí mit vykon 4m3 parametry jsou stejne jako ten vas ale filtrace prostar 2 ma vykon 2m3 za hod. nejsou nejake problémy s ohřevem jinak to je super dekuji za odpoved

Zdravím, tak jak to běhalo? Našel jsem, že ta filtrace je určena do 35 stupnu vody, nepovolilo to někde při vetší teplotě?
dobry den ještě me zajima jaka je vzdalenost filtrace od vířivky a vzdalenost solaru od filtrace je s tim nejaky problém dekuji
Hallo, du hast 2 ähnliche Videos, einmal verwendest du T-Stücke, einmal Winkel Stücke, welche Variante ist besser? Muss die Lay-Z-Spa Pumpe bei Verwendung der Winkel nicht das Wasser durch den Sandfilter ziehen, wenn nur diese eingeschalten ist oder verwendest du diese nur, wenn auch der Sandfilter aktiv ist?

hi, are you using a circulation pump from sand filtration or a pump from a heating unit? I would like both units to work independently of each other according to the timer setting on the sand filter, will it work?
Hi Radek, with this connection, both pumps work independently of each other, the water is filtered through sand filtration. I also use a timer for external filtration. When both pumps are running, there will be a fast water flow and faster filtration.

Hey, Great idea; looks like your spa is indoors too; so this is a great idea; one comment if you are using chlorine tablets they will react with the metal (its why all spa components tend to be plastic); also does the sand filter have any UV for sanitisation?
you can use chlorine because everything is plastic and if you don't want to use chlorine, try to watch this video with uvc lamp ruclips.net/video/TmSipLUOInM/видео.html

Nice work. Any reason you're filtering the water after heating? I was looking to do this on my pool , running the 2 in line pumps , but with cold intake to pump /filter ( 2100 l/he flow rate) then out to the lay z spa pump/ heater ( 1300 l/hr flow rate) intake then out into the pool. Did you try this way around?

Yes i found my mistake and i changed it last year like this
-cold water from pool (bottom connection) to :
1. sand filter pump
2. solar heater
3. lay-z spa pump/heater
(when you press the electric heater, then hot water goes straight to lay-z spa /pool)
4. from pump/heater directly to pool (top connection)
@@kukomio thanks for your reply. That was how I intended to set it up. Did you have any flow rate issues Lay-z-spa 1325 litres /hour your filter pump 2000/ hr. Or pump height problems. I'm hoping it'll be ok like that on a 12ft swim!ming pool. Thanks again.
I had no problems. Both pumps work perfectly.
Pump you can use which one you want or both together.

Zdravím, taktéto zapojenie nepoškodzuje motor vírviky ? Myslím napríklad kvôli tlaku, teda či pri vypnutom ohreve na motore vírivky nedochádza k pretlaku cez motor vírivky.
Myslím že nie .Používam to už viac ako rok a zatiaľ nebol žiaden problém .Keď vo vírivke dáte preč sivé sitko odkiaľ prichádza prefiltrovaná voda a dáte tam redukciu www.kdgarden.sk/vsuvka-redukovana-34-x-12-plast-products-217-16.aspx?productcathegory=324 tak pri zapnutých oboch čerpadlách to mate ako vodnú masážnu trysku. Ak budete robiť tuto variantu tak treba pripojiť externú filtráciu do spodného pripojenia ,nie do vrchného ako je vo videu.

Zdravim zvýšenie tlaku za pomoci filtrácie nepoškodili časom hlavný motor vírivky?
U mňa zatiaľ všetko funguje správne, výhodou je to, že môžeš používať ktoré čerpadlo chceš, ako aj obe naraz. Voda je v každom prípade filtrovaná cez piesok, čo zvyšuje kvalitu a čistotu vody.
