@@deletelater793 I've struggled with self love myself but what I've come to realize is that it's impossible to love the world when you don't love yourself. So how does one do it? Not through willpower. I think it's sort of like how one goes to the restroom or makes love, by letting go and letting our natural impulses flow. As for masturbation, you might be interested in a video I made on my own struggles with that issue.
