Looking at the manufacturer pictures in the instructions it appears that it would be a tight fit, but would work with the full-size spare. Experiences may vary of course.
This hitch is rated to 5,000 lbs. gross trailer weight and 500 lbs. tongue weight; So if your trailer falls under those measurements then you are good to go!

Hoping this doesn't fully block the kick sensor on a 2022 Highlander Limited. I heard it will block the middle section but not the two sides of the sensor. Would be awesome if someone can confirm.

Yes! This will fit all 2022 Toyota Highlander styles.
You will lose the kicker sensors typically.

Ok so I just tested a new highlander hybrid bronze with the OEM tow package.
They moved the kick sensor to the left so it works !
