Epic review, this pad is honestly a banger overall and I got the soft so I could see what a raiden soft/xsoft might feel like One issue I've had with my infmice speed v2 over time though is the stitching on the edge has begun to get like lint balls and is fraying a little bit although it doesn't mother me much just makes me worry a bit about the longevity
interesting mousepad; great video. I wish all mousepads had that type of base; especially glass pads. my cerapad has four feet in the corners and that thing sags like hell but it's just the right speed for me (atm lol)
Depends which Artisan pad. Zero soft for example feels much softer than Hayate Otsu soft, because the tightness of weave is different. Speed V2 is definitely on the somewhat softer side, take it like you will on a Raiden or Zero.
I absolutely love your videos, you are so underrated man. I’m just being picky here but could you compare the mousepad with a popular mousepad which feels the most like the one you’re reviewing? For example, with the infinite control v2 you said that it was slower than the zero and saturn pro, but then i would have liked you to compare the mousepad to something more similar like a gsr II or the whale rizz pad (if you own any of them that is). Other than that perfect review 🙃
Unfortunately I don't have a rizz, but it certainly is within similar realms to the GSR in my opinion, except the Control V2 has significantly better quality.

very late comment but would the speed v2's softness be comparable to an artisan soft? i really cant stand anything more plush than that in a mousepad

Have you ever tried the Raiden Mid? If so how do you compare it to the infinitymice speed and the 4114 aero?
Raiden is like infinitespeed v2, aero slightly faster.
