@ Rock Slide is a 2.5s move. Which means, for it to be optimal, it has to yield more than 5 dynaenergy, bc otherwise the five Metal Claw / Mud Shot you perform in that same time will be better. We know we get 1 dynaenergy for every 0.5% total HP dealt, so one Rock Slide should deal at least 3% total HP worth of damage to be more efficient than fast moves only. Now, I don’t have the numbers, I didn’t do the math, but a 3% of the total boss HP seems a little bit too much for a single Rock Slide. If there’s something else I’m missing, please, feel free to point it out :)

Charge Moves shouldn’t be used in T5 Dynamax, as they shouldn’t in Gigamax. They only waste time. Spamming a 0.5 fast move yields more dynaenergy bc every fast move gives at least 1 either way, it’s rounded up. Even throwing a super effective charge move is less optimal
