    Chris, Next time you are there could you show us the Tosakin and Veiltail please? I want to see them close up so I can chose a couple.
    Wish the SF site photographed the fish individually, as I like to know what I’m buying.
    Gratefully

    Nice additions mate not sure that dorsal will heal but you hardly notice it maybe something with a lot of white next to balance out your darker fish.

    • @AquaticElements
      @AquaticElements  Год назад +1

      Yeah agree, very doubtful it would heal without intervention from a vet, etc. But as you say, hardly notice it. Agreed, a white oranda would really stand out or maybe some white/light colour based calico. Thanks for watching 😁

    Hi Chris,trying to cycle new tank,do I have to add ammonia,I’ve put in revaloution bio balls is this enough,thanks for all the cracking videos

    • @AquaticElements
      @AquaticElements  Год назад +1

      Thanks for watching, if you are doing a fishless cycle, you will need to add an ammonia source. Depending on tank size, you could do a fish in cycle and keep an eye on parameters.

      @@AquaticElements I have tried contacting Star Fishieries (shotout, they have a very nice, fast kind and helping support) they said that the shipping for today would be about 635pounds. Thats more than my budget (dont worry, in poland everything is cheaper, 300l (80gal) tank costs about 100pounds or 120 euro

    • @AquaticElements
      @AquaticElements  Год назад +1

      The one in the Netherlands is called The fancy goldfish store, yes unfortunately shipping from the UK is expensive due to the paperwork needed and licencing

    • @AquaticElements
      @AquaticElements  Год назад +1

      I see! I wanted to have plants to keep the tank more natural and allow the goldfish to have somewhere to spawn. However, I also wanted the ability to keep the tank very clean and maintain good water quality and clarity. I found a central plant that has space to grow over the whole tank would be the best option for both me as a hobbyist and also the fish. Thanks for watching
