Receivers need to work on holding onto the ball. I counted 7-8 drops for a 2nd straight week now. That mixed with cager not looking on a ball and the canes should have easily put up more points on this Pitt team. Hopefully those extra practices before the bowl game will clear it up. Amazing defense all year long. keep Manny Diaz at all costs

Manny Diaz is the man! Those kids are smart and ferocious, and just get better and better each season (and imagine is Malik Young was still playing). If Miami had an average offense they would be 11-1 (with a few blowouts). I know they are not healthy at tight end, but that does not explain all the drops. Richt probably should have kept Kevin Beard as receivers coach.

Hey, yes I 'm back and will be brief did I hear correctly when one of the announcer said Michael Pinckney had been suspended for a game .Hell No this can't be the same Michael Pinckney I respected and praised as a role model also a Rhode Scholar .The perfect example of most father's hopes in a son, well I only knew ONE that was perfect and it never be another. Pinckney still my man. I also noticed how one of the announcer corrected the other about past that was thrown by the Canes qb, in which one announcer said was a dangerous throw (risk of being picked) the replay showed the pass was perfect and the only person to have caught it,in which he did was the Miami receiver. My hat's off for the Man good call.

When we should be running up the score we just sit on the ball and do nothing. Cager and langam should be the 2 best wide outs in the country. But we don’t have a coaching staff to get them to that level. On defense I say keep Diaz. But he needs to get better at calling plays on d. We got exposed a lot this season. Our defense padded stats against cream puffs and was exposed against teams that had decent offense. Hoping mark gets fired in the next couple years. With him we will never see a ship.

I disagree with you about the D. Whene your offense gererates nothing and your special teams is constantly giving opponents the ball in plus territory you are going to get "exposed" a little on defense. If Miami had average offensive production and respectable special teams we would be 11-1.

I'd bump the offense to a D because of the run game.
Lance Raiford yea was going to. But was more out of anger because we have the 2nd ranked D in the country and 94th offense, Richt is so damn stubborn.
