You advertise the much more expensive product Fronius Tauro, but do not compare it with similar SMA, Huawei, etc. and which proven feature makes it so expensive, given that everyone has a 5 year warranty. How would you convince us to invest in Fronius Tauro? And how much does it cost to extend the warranty to 20 years as your other competitors, and how many times during those 20 years will we change the same module? You have only one small plus which is the quick replacement of the 50 kW module (27 kg), but this does not compensate 30-40% of your expensive product.
Hi T! The Tauro is extremely competitively priced, by using the Tauro - savings on BOS (Balance of Systems) costs will also be realised due to the system and design flexibility of the inverter. Fronius is renowned for creating quality products, during research and development of the Tauro, it was sent under various stress testing which would simulate an extended life of over 20 years and the tests did once again prove that the product can keep running for that many years without having to necessarily have the modules replaced due to fatigue. The Tauro has many advantages over the competitors which include the ability for AC daisy chaining, later derating at high ambient temperatures, part exchange possible on site, SPDs integrated as standard, unshaded mounting, pre-combined (central) ordering option, 150% DC overload as well as an integrated communication card. Best regards, your Fronius Social Media Team
