Exceptional.. Absolutely exceptional.... The detail, the weathering, just brilliant. Thank you so much for sharing your layout with the likes of myself and others.
@minsterley2002 Thank you for taking the time to respond to my comment.... You have a fantastic layout and I could actually picture myself stood on the railway platform with notebook pen and binoculars in hand while the class 47 arrived and departed... I've subscribed to your channel and look forward to other memorable videos that you post.
Hi, It's always great to see a new video from you. I really love seeing your layout on here, especially the clip where the class 47 arrived at the station, the way it slowed down was so realistic. Brilliant as always, all the very best Dave.
Wow absolutely brilliant layout, locos running stock. What time Andy effort you must have put into your layout. Weathering is superb, be very proud of yourself. Thanks for sharing. Thumbs up thumped 👍 ....Pete....
Wow! What an amazing layout. So realistic! Lots of amazing comments too. New subscription from me. Hope you, your family and your viewers haveca good Christmas and a happy new year.
Many thanks Madman. Not done many kids lately, with one thing and another. Always do a video when I get something new, so hopefully after Christmas will do another.
Still the best and most realistic on youtube IMO. They've captured a time that is the same time I remember best as a young un' It really was that grey and manky everywhere. THIS, right here, was the period where I became fascinated by trains and I just love seeing a new video from Minsterley. I immediately down tools and head off to grab a cuppa. :D
The most realistic layout by far! Particularly like your stone walls! Superb!
Thank you for your kind comments.
Always a pleasure to see your work.
Happy Chrimbo to you and yours.
Many thanks and happy Christmas to you.

Thankyou Dave. Yes the 47 is a great runner and second hand too (brand new bachy 47s are a bit too pricey for me).
Wow absolutely brilliant layout, locos running stock.

When i worked at Shirebrook West we were the 1st crew to work a class 6 train to Toton with two Cl20s Just wasnt official at the time?
Toton was a great place for 20s, peaks too. Sounds like you had a great job.
Nice to see the class 13 in action tho in real life i believe they only worked Tinsley yard hump shunt
Yes they did, I saw them regularly as Tinsley was just down the road from where I lived.
