These girls are clearly new trainees. We were taught even in th NCC not to look around when in Soudhan. They are smiling due to the camera. The instructor too, is very soft due to the camera. Normally instructors are like demons!, trust me that's how they build you into a soldier. These girls do have the potential though. Proper training will make them fine commandos.

I think it's nothing before the OTA training the real training is more harsh and tough it's just a small part shown and I don't know why the word beautiful is written it's not an appropriate word to be used a soldier is a soldier they all have the spirit of nation first.
