Hey brothas this was incredible im from louisiana along time ago this music was played in my state among the enslaved afrikans my ancestors theres even a place in new orleans called congo square and of course lots of haitians settled in new orleans
Alexis you should see people from both countries dance (they have never met each other) the moves, the steps and turns are equally the same. It's s sight that brings tears from both sides . It feels as if both countries are welcoming a family member they had not seen in years.
It's just a black thing. I mean natural. They may live in different places their culture base will never changed, jamais, never. Genuine that's what it is. You cannot hide culture's heritage of a race especially among the black race. They are a brunch of people who went to the beach with Noah and get lost their way arounds and can't never go back.
I'm interested in African music from a young age, especially Senegalese and I still enjoy African music in general. This is so nice and vibrant, well done. 🎶🥁

Haitians do not set up in Louisiana like people said Haitians were brought to Louisiana by the French since the purchase of the whole place from the Spanish. New Orleans was the Port where slaves were coming from Haiti to be sold. New Orleans was the distribution port for the selling of humans (the well built slaves). From Africa to Haiti From Haiti to New Orleans. Haitians slaves were brought there to be sold to the rich farmers in the US andp⁰ to work in the lucrative buffalo Firm owned by French in the whole LOUISIANE with the Indians. (History cannot be hidden.) REMEMBER; slavery started in Haiti with Spain.. it has, became worse with France until the slave revòlution both of them have been kicked out of the country. (DOCUMENTED HISTORY) Haitian's ancestors came from more than 39 countries in Africa. CONGO is one of them so true that one of our best folkloric dance is call: CÒNGO with this drum rythms. In colonial ere there was no diffrent between these two countries. Both were French. unfortunately History has not been taught in school th way it was suppose to be ,especially when it has a related to slavery. ,(DOCUMENTED HISTORY)
